Everything you need to know before subscribing.
How fast will I receive my videos?
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
Are there any requests you don’t support?
Absolutely. The subscription does not cover the following editing work: 3D animation, Full animated movies, Faceless channels.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
How does onboarding work?
Subscribe to a plan and we'll quickly add you to your very own CRM. This process usually takes about an hour to complete from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the invite to the CRM, you're ready to rock.
Further instructions on how to use the CRM to request edits can be found on the board itself.
Who actually edits my videos?
You get the same editor every time. That's me. No rotating freelancers, no guessing what your style is next month. Consistency is the whole point.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. No contracts, no penalties. Pause whenever you need a break. Cancel whenever you're done. You're not locked in. If you need to step back from publishing, step back from the subscription.
Are unlimited revisions really unlimited?
Yes. If the edit doesn't land, we revise it. If it still doesn't land, we revise again. The goal is an edit you're happy to publish. Revisions are included because the first cut should be close but ofcourse at the start I am learning your style.
How do you handle larger requests?
Larger requests are broken down on Designjoy's end. This applies to full-scale website or mobile app designs, UI/UX work, etc. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours until the entire request is done.
What programs do you edit in?
Most requests are edited using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Are there any refunds?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued past the first week of service. However, no refunds will be issued for completed work.
Can I use the subscription for just a month?
For sure. Whether you need me for a month or a year, the choice is yours. Just feel free to come back when you have additional design needs.
